1. About DigiVerifii

DigiVerifii is a digital record-keeping and store management application designed for mobile phone retailers. The app allows store owners to maintain digital records of phone purchase and sale transactions for internal business purposes.

2. User Eligibility

By using DigiVerifii, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are using the app for lawful business purposes.
• You have the authority to enter and manage business records.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the app is accurate and lawful.
• Store owners must obtain proper consent before storing any customer identification details (such as Aadhaar or PAN).
• DigiVerifii is not responsible for misuse of information entered by users.

4. Government ID Disclaimer

DigiVerifii does not issue, verify, authenticate, or validate any government-issued identity documents. The app only stores information as entered by the user for internal record-keeping purposes.

5. Payments & Coins

• All top-up coins or in-app credits purchased are strictly non-refundable.
• Coins cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
• DigiVerifii reserves the right to modify coin pricing at any time.

6. Account Suspension

DigiVerifii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Users violate these Terms & Conditions.
• The app is used for unlawful activities.
• Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiVerifii is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical issues.
• Business losses arising from incorrect data entry.
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of DigiVerifii is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

DigiVerifii may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

TThe interpretation and construction of this Agreement is governed by the laws of the India without giving effect to any choice of law rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced in the courts of Mumbai and each Party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding. Each Party hereby also waives any defenses it may have before such courts based on a lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum. The prevailing Party shall be awarded its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in any lawsuit or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement.
